We understand that our primary motivation is God’s love for
the world (the Great Commandment [Galatians 5.14]) and our
primary activity is drawing others and ourselves closer to God
(the Great Commission [Matthew 28.18-20])
Basic Beliefs
We believe in an absolute God (the God referenced in the
Bible) existing in three persons, the Father, the Son and the
Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is completely God and completely
man. We believe Jesus was born of the virgin Mary, ministered on
this earth, was crucified according to the prophecies of the Old
Testament and rose from the dead.
We believe that God offers salvation to the entire world
based on the faith of any person in the death and bodily
resurrection of Jesus, and that His salvation includes eternal
life, which is confirmed in Christ’s resurrection.
We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells everyone who
believes in Jesus. We believe that each believer is gifted by
God through the Spirit to carry out His work in the world.
We believe that the 66 books of the Bible are breathed out by
God and provide the only objective instruction concerning God,
His character and His will.
